What are our main strategic activities in Business Process Excellence?
- Strengthen the organization by advanced and statistical method applications in projects like stability analyses, process and product improvements, analysis and re-design of business processes and reductions of process cycle times
- Dynamic optimization and redesign of business processes by modeling and simulation of complex organizational and operational processes, including its verification and validation, to enable high efficiencies and optimal return on investments
- Building sustained improvements in our business processes within European frame leading to a more efficient and competitive organization supported by business assessments
- Sustained PE deployment (incl. Org. Design and knowledge management)
